Mr. Kabir Hossain is the Managing Director of UTA Developments Limited, a real estate development company.  He is the Founder & CEO of KM Trade International, an export-import company. He was born into a respectable Muslim family in the Noakhali District. His Father’s name, Late Master Delwar Hossain Miajee, was a freedom fighter and a School Teacher.

Mr. Kabir Hossain completed his B.Com (Honours) and M.Com in Accounting from Jagannath University in 2001. He further obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Stamford University and has completed the CMA Intermediate Course from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB).

Mr. Kabir has over 18 years of extensive experience in the financial sector, during which he has held multiple key positions, including Head of Administration, Head of Human Resources & Administration, Head of Credit Administration, Head of Branch, and Head of Operations (Home Loans). His contributions have helped transform every organisation he has worked for into a trusted brand.

Mr. Kabir started his career at National Housing Finance & Investments Limited as an Assistant Manager in 2006, where he served for approximately 12 years. During the service period, he held various vital positions, where he was lastly the Head of Motijheel Branch. Thereafter, he joined IIDFC Limited as Assistant Vice President & Head of Branch in 2018 and served there for more than 6 years. He was also assigned many significant roles at IIDFC Limited by the management.
